Dedicated to a beautiful soul who's moved on from this world to the next. We've had the honor to play next to him many times and witness the contagious love and inspiration that was his passion ~ Thank you Nicholas you will be remembered.

An international shapeshifting duo, KMLN (pronounced 'Kameleon') unites Italian producer/multi- instrumentalist Christopher Tooker and Canadian dj/producer Shawna Hofmann. May it be a prime time or sunrise set, they adapt and deliver sets that blow your mind and bring your dance skills to the next level. Live instruments, syncopation, organic meets modern, future meets past. As interplanetary travelers and cultural explorers, the KMLN ship bends time through sound, blending elements of deep tribal house and minimal techno, moving through tempos with layers and layers of mind altering colors.
With the support of artists such as Solomun, Acid Pauli, Damian Lazarus, Mira, Nico Stojan, Bedouin, DOP, Nicola Cruz and more, With write ups and features on publications such as XLR8R, Dancing Astronaut, Ear Milk, Resident Advisor, Ibiza Voice. Their music is found on labels such as Sol Selectas, Touch of Class, Crosstown Rebels and Endless. Their touring has brought them to over 21 countries worldwide.

To honor his memory, Nick's best friend and Little Giants production partner, Evan 'Everyman' Shafran, started The Little Giant Acorn Foundation for The Arts, a non-profit organization that helps children get started in music or the performing arts who otherwise could not afford to do so. Nick absolutely loved to share his passion for music and performance art with the next generation and nothing gave him more joy.

By purchasing this KMLN Single, 'Nicholas,' you are helping to ensure that Nick's spirit continues to shine while ensuring that the next generations of 'little acorns' have the means to pursue their creative passions. It was always a dream of Nick's to have a record label of his own and to help the youth. It serves as a symbol to our community that Nick 'Pumpkin' Alvarado will never be forgotten and to always let your light shine bright.
